'm a very "step-by-step/where is my instruction manual?" type person and your career manual is so exactly what I need to organize my life and my career. I love that it DOES include my life and not just my career and pretty much puts equal emphasis on both. I'm up to the Goals, Projects, and Tasks, section of the book and already, I can tell how useful it will be to my life and how successful it will help me to grow to be. Because it's set up step-by-step, I'll easily be able to track my progress and know why something is (or isn't) working. I really haven't encountered anything else like it, and I want to thank you both so much for putting the time and energy into this manual. I'm really excited to keep making progress throughout the manual and in turn, in my career.

This manual is the only" How-to"on the business of acting you need. it is a step-by-step guide to pursuing and being pro-active in your career. Every acting program should have it as a required text.It keeps you on track and focused Thank you Jodie & Kevin!!!

The career manual is a must-have for all actors, especially those who are starting out. As an actor and a marketer, I strongly believe that it is a vital tool for actors to have because they must know how to approach their career as a business and this manual facilitates that.

Lots of very specific tools to help you get smarter and more active in your approach...working through the exercises actually makes me excited to be doing the "business" part that i used to dread so much. having a path and the tools is very empowering, and that's what you can expect from working out of this book.

I have read so many books on the business as as a business but this is the first time it all made sense to me.
